About The Lesson and Social Dancing
Join fellow dancers on Thursday nights at DanceWise for a Lindy Hop Fundamental session that promises a fantastic time filled with swing dancing and the chance to connect with fellow dancers. These sessions are a must for anyone looking to enhance their Lindy Hop skills and have a memorable experience. Each class builds on the last class, in this progressive, month-long series.
Music
The music is provided by live DJs who play a range of swing music from the 1900s to1940’s, with a mix of fast and slow tempos. From big band and rockabilly to the latest hits, the DJs work hard to bring you the best variety of swing music and welcome requests.
Age Range
The age range is typically those in their forties and above.

DanceWise has a slick, natural wood floor and is the same kind you see on Dancing With the Stars – perfect for performing at your highest level. And with a multi-purpose sports floor system that protects your health and safety, you can Lindy Hop with confidence. At 1200 sq. ft., it’s a nice, medium-sized dance floor – and the newest in the area.
