This approach acknowledges the fluid nature of Lindy Hop, which defies fixed forms and encourages individual interpretation. Specifically designed for beginners, the Lindy Hop Level 1 class offers an extensive repertoire of moves, ensuring a lively and engaging experience when participating in social dances, including a strong foundation in musicality, guiding you to grasp the rhythmic essence of swing music. The Lindy Hop 2 class will take your skill set to the next level and is recommended for anyone who has completed three months of beginning Lindy Hop.
